Ingredients
- 2 (5 oz) cans Chicken of the Sea® Solid White Albacore in Water, drained
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (if you’re a fan of spice add more)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon hot sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
- Add to toasted bread for a sandwich, on a bed of lettuce as a salad topper or eat as is.
