Cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeños give your lunch some south-of-the-border flair.

Ingredients

  • 2 (5 oz) cans Chicken of the Sea® Solid White Albacore in Water, drained
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (if you’re a fan of spice add more)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon hot sauce
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Add to toasted bread for a sandwich, on a bed of lettuce as a salad topper or eat as is.
